I have responded this questions:

Hadar Shemesh:
What is currently missing in your English studies? (Whether you're learning on your own, in school or online)

Ivica Kartelo:
I am learning on my own online. I am currently missing 1:1 online conversation in my English study. I suggest the following, and it will be really an innovation in any group on Facebook: During Keynote speaker all listeners in real time can make notes and ask or comment after the end of the speech and can be developed live discussion. It will be discussed drove by topic like usually by writing. This kind of negotiation talks there is this obstacle:
- we do not know the theme of discussion and we do not know the level of experiences of another side and speech always about self is borning,
- but, Keynote speeches we know theme advance, if we interested we will come and listen and of course, we will have a lot of question, switch on recording and ask, comment etc. I do not see possibilities video comment in Facebook but the solution is simple - who want video comment can make it in a new thread, and in comment write address of it. Also, video comment on a comment can flow like separate threading.
It is synchronously, it is important, because later asynchronously is not interesting and better by writing. The discussion is only in real time.

Hadar Shemesh:
What is most BORING for you when you practice?

Ivica Kartelo:
Nothing, because I have a lot of time without hurry and I am learning on my own online with abundance possibility for nothing.

Hadar Shemesh:
If you could imagine the ideal structure that would keep you motivated and help you improve - what would that look like?

Ivica Kartelo:
The abundance on the internet is my ideal structure and I have it with access to the internet. My own motivation keeps me motivated and that is understanding everybody and that everybody understands me. For what? For my YouTube channel and a live conversation with my student all around the world. My motivation is bigger because I am 69 and deaf on both ears circa 35%. Every obstacle in man's life is good for retaining motivation. If you do not have an obstacle, invent something.

Hadar Shemesh:
What is preventing you from advancing? Time? Money? necessity?

Ivica Kartelo:
Nothing. I enjoy with English every day 4 to 5 hours by walking or sitting in front of the screen. I have a problem that other my lively jobs (authoring YouTube channel, study different topic on Coursera etc. suffer because nothing is preventing me from advance my English.
